How much do your services cost?

Because each and every situation is unique, we aren’t able to estimate a price for services without talking to you first. Species, weight, age, and (if yet applicable) cause of death have to be considered. I think my pet may be nearing the end of their life… What do I do?

If you think it may be time to look into hospice or euthanasia for your pet. We strongly recommend Peaceful Moments Veterinary Care.

What species do you take?

We have worked with all types of companions, from the size of a tiny rat to a full-grown potbelly pig. Please reach out and inquire about your specific situation.

How does shipping work?

At this time we do not offer shipping of remains to or from our business. We will gladly meet up with you to intake and return remains in person (Southwest Michigan and surrounding areas… Or if you are willing to drive to SW Michigan for our services).

How does payment work?

When you send us an inquiry, we will give you a quote based on the services you are asking for. Half of the payment will be required upon intake of your pet and the other half will be due when picking up your pet.

What forms of payment do you take?

We take cash payment, card, venmo and paypal.

Will you put my pet’s skeleton together?

This is called skeletal articulation, and unfortunately, I do not have the ability to provide that service. All of the services I can provide at this time can be found by scrolling down on the Homepage.

Will you do fully furred taxidermy mounts?

The reason I, and many others, do not take fully furred taxidermy commissions is because it’s extremely difficult to make a fully taxidermized version that truly looks like your pet. Taxidermists can make a cat look like a cat, or a dog like a dog, but there are very special, unique attributes your specific pet has that are nearly impossible to replicate. The closest business I know of that does take these commissions is Animal Family Pet Preservation out of Ohio.
